### Is coaching remote or in-person?

Both. I deliver sessions remotely via video or in-person in Belfast. Remote works brilliantly because we can both see our screens. Most clients outside Northern Ireland prefer remote.

### How is coaching different from training?

Training is group-based around general topics. Coaching is one-to-one and entirely customized to you. Training gets everyone to baseline. Coaching takes you where you need to go.

### How long do the benefits last?
